About Jeffrey L. Weinstein, Esq

Jeffrey L. Weinstein has 20 years bankruptcy, estate planning and real estate experience representing clients. Real Estate experience includes representing buyers, sellers, co-op buildings, developers, title companies and banks. He has also served as a New York State Supreme Court appointed referee in real estate matters. Mr. Weinstein is admitted to practice Law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

His estate planning and tax experience includes training with the Tax Division at the U.S. Justice Department.

Mr. Weinstein has represented clients in over 100 Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases.
